About Deepdale Gardens

Deepdale Gardens is a self-managed cooperative community located in the Northeast section of Queens. Incorporated in the early 1950s, it was the largest Federally sponsored housing cooperative built in the United States designed as affordable housing for World War II veterans. Deepdale Gardens is situated on sixty (60) acres of land and is comprised of sixty-nine buildings containing 1396 garden style apartments.

Deepdale Gardens offers apartments ranging in size from 3.5 to 5.5 rooms. There are four on-site laundry rooms situated throughout the community and 512 rentable garages. Outdoor parking is available at no charge in the lots scattered throughout the property. Play areas for children can be found throughout the development as well.
