Resolution 1997: Carpeting

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that effective JULY 1, 1997 ALL NEW SHAREHOLDERS will be required to have wall-to-wall carpeting throughout their apartments with the exception of the bathroom and kitchen. The dining room will be required to have 85% of the floor area covered with carpeting, or an area rug.
