Deepdale Gardens Corporation is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of thirteen shareholders/residents. There are five elected officers as follows:
- President, oversees the general operation of the corporation and legal matters.
- 1st Vice President, oversees all matters dealing with major capital improvements.(MCI)
- 2nd Vice President, oversees all matters dealing with the daily operation of the corporation.(Operations)
- Secretary, oversees all matters dealing with community relations.
- Treasurer, oversees all fiscal matters.
